How to Increase Sales for Direct Sales,
Network Marketers & MLM’s
In this video series, I’m offering some advice to network marketers, direct sellers or multi-level marketers on how to make more sales. More sales means more money, more choice to do the things you want to do and enjoy the lifestyle you want right?
Maybe you’re a stay at home Mom and want to bring some money into the household because, let’s face it, these days it is really hard to live on 1 income. That extra income might allow you to upgrade your car, your home and allow you to take a family vacation.
Or maybe, you are already working full time and your goal with your direct sales business is to supplement your income or, maybe you are hoping to one day make enough to leave your boring, soul sucking job.
Either way, if you are in the direct selling business, I have 3 quick tips for you to help you make more sales.
#1. The best way to make sales is to get out there and get face to face with people. As obvious as that may seem, with the internet many direct sellers hide in their homes and spend all day on facebook trying to get sales that way. Not that social media shouldn’t be part of your strategy but if you need to be making money, you need to get face to face with people. So, get started with home parties or focus more energy on home parties. Empires have been built this way. Think about Mary Kay, Tupperware, Pampered Chef and Avon.
#2. Attend networking meetings. Not only is this a great way to meet new people for potential home party bookings, there is also a personal development aspect to that is vitally important to your future growth as a business owner and your income growth. You will get many public speaking opportunities at these meetings which will help you with your confidence and overall sales presentation. At most networking meetings you will have 1-2 minutes to speak about your business and at other times, you might be invited to give a full blown hour long presentation. This may sound scary to some so stick around and keep watching because I have something to help you combat those jitters.
#3. Use mind/body techniques to help you with your mindset and your nerves. This is probably the most important tip I can give you because if you don’t believe that you can be successful, then you are far less likely to be.
