Tapping for Feeling Not Good Enough for
What You Desire
In today’s video, I wanted to take you through a tapping sequence on believing that you’re too much of something. In other words, maybe you feel like you’re too old, too young, too fat, too thin, too ugly, too dumb, whatever. It leaves you feeling like you are not good enough for what you desire.
It’s something that’s holding you back from the success you desire, so we need to eliminate it so you don’t have this negative self-talk, this negative chatter holding you back from the dreams and goals that you would like to achieve.
This belief that you’re too much of something is another variation on feeling not good enough or not deserving of success.
Let’s start on the karate chop point…
Even though I feel like I’m not good enough to have the success I desire, I deeply and completely accept myself.
Even though I don’t feel good enough to have the success I desire – maybe I think I’m too old, I’m too young, too inexperienced, too dumb, too smart, too unattractive, too fat, too thin, could be any of those things – I deeply and completely accept myself and am choosing to let these negative beliefs go now, today.
Even though I don’t feel good enough – I’m either too old, too young, too thin, too fat, too inexperienced, maybe over-experienced, too unattractive, too thin, too fat – I deeply and completely accept myself, and am choosing to change this thing that’s holding me back now.
I don’t feel good enough.
There’s something I keep telling myself that’s holding me back.
I keep telling myself I’m not good enough to succeed, and I’m choosing this pattern now.
I’m not being fair to myself, and I’m not being fair to others because I could set a great example for others.
A great example for forging ahead towards my dreams despite feeling like I’m limited in some way.
Maybe I feel limited by my looks, or by my physical self, or by my brains, and it holds me back.
It kills my self-confidence.
I keep telling myself I’m not good enough.
That I’m too much of one of these things, or maybe all of them, and I’m choosing to release this tendency now.
This tendency to beat myself up and tell myself that I’m not good enough.
I can set a great example for others for overcoming mental challenges and forging ahead anyways towards success.
I’m choosing to let this negative self-chatter go.
I am good enough.
I have what it takes, and I’m passionate about succeeding, and my success would mean that others would benefit – whether that’s through my products or my services.
By not stepping out I’m robbing the marketplace of my talents.
It’s time to let go of this negative self-chatter because it’s holding me back from the dreams I desire and it’s robbing the marketplace of my gifts and talents.
I’m choosing to let go of this negative attitude now.
This negative attitude towards myself and my ability to succeed.
I’m choosing to let it go.
I am good enough.
I have something of value to provide the marketplace.
People will benefit from what I have to offer and I’ll set a good example, too.
I’m choosing to let go of this negative self-chatter.
It doesn’t do anybody any good.
It’s not productive.
I’m choosing to believe that I am good enough now.
I hope you found that helpful, and that this will give you some inspiration to go forth and succeed and share your gifts and talents with the marketplace.
