Tapping or EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a highly effective and scientifically proven mind/body tool that calms the fight or flight response. In business, we may experience anxiety from time to time in sales situations or when doing public presentations or livestream video. And so, we might avoid these business building activities altogether if they make us nervous. We therefore sabotage ourselves and hold ourselves back from doing the very things that can bring us the success we desire. Tapping calms the anxiety and releases the limiting beliefs and emotions that fuel the anxiety which then allows us to step into our power and serve the people we are meant to serve with our business.
Tapping has been around for over 20 years and over 2 million people have attended the annual Tapping World Summit that’s hosted by the Tapping Solution over the last 10+ years. It’s safe, effective and to date, no adverse reactions have been reported. And, you should know that when you release your fears, anxieties and limiting beliefs with tapping, you will retain your common sense. So for example, if you have a fear of heights and you release your fear with tapping, you will NOT suddenly have the urge to jump off a building.
