Tapping for STRESS and OVERWHELM in
Your Business
In today’s video we’re going to tap on Stress and Overwhelm. We all get stressed from time to time due to busyness at work or in our business, not getting enough sleep, not eating properly or due to something with
stressful that has to do with a family member such as an illness or what have you.
When it all gets too much, you really need to focus on self care. One of the best tools I know of for stress relief is of course tapping!!
Tap along with me while watching the video below and you should feel a lot better once we’re done. And, use this video whenever you feel anxious and need a quick little break.
This is also a good video to watch and tap along with before bedtime to help you drift blissfully off to sleep.
So, starting at the karate chop point…
Even though I feel overwhelmed, I deeply and completely accept myself.
Even though I feel completely stressed out because I’ve got too many things to do, too many pressures on me, I deeply and completely accept myself.
Even though I feel stressed and overwhelmed, I’ve got too much to do, I didn’t get much sleep last night or, I haven’t been sleeping well lately and I haven’t had time to eat properly, I haven’t had much time for self care, I’m choosing to take this time now, just a few minutes out of my day for some self care so that I can be more productive and present for myself and those around me and I deeply and completely accept myself for being stressed and overwhelmed.
This stress
This overwhelm
I’ve got too much to do
Too many pressures on me
And I’m taking this time for some relief
I choose to feel calm and relaxed
And to release some of this stress and overwhelm
This stress
This overwhelm
This pressure from work
From my business
From family
It’s overwhelming
And so I choose to let it go
So that I can be more present
And give myself a break
I love and accept myself anyway
For becoming stressed and overwhelmed
By all the responsibilities in my life
And I’m choosing to let it go
I’m choosing to let it all go and give myself a break
And take one thing at time
I’m choosing to breathe
I’m choosing to relax
I’m choosing to stay calm
And I’m choosing to love and accept myself
Releasing this stress and overwhelm
I can take one thing at a time
And maybe there are some things that I can say “no” to
Maybe there are people that are imposing too much on me
So I can either say “no”
Or I can delegate to someone else
I’m choosing to release this stress and overwhelm
Everything is going to be okay
I choose to remain relaxed and calm
Everyone gets stressed and overwhelmed at times
And so I’m choosing to release these emotions
Everything will get done in it’s own time
I’m choosing to take it one step at a time
Releasing this stress and anxiety
I’m choosing to release this stress and anxiety
And be calm and relaxed
Take a deep breath and slow down your day, write a “to-do” list if you find that helpful and just take one thing at a time.
